About Pertance
The follow-up is where the money is. Almost nobody has time for it.
A post does well. Forty people comment asking where to buy. By the time you have replied to the first ten, the rest have moved on — and so has the moment. That gap between interest and answer is the entire reason Pertance exists.
Why we built it
Enterprise tools, creator problems
The software that solves this properly has existed for years — it was just built for companies with a marketing team and a budget to match. Creators got the leftovers: tools priced per contact, dashboards designed for analysts, and onboarding that assumes someone else will do the setup.
Pertance is the same capability, aimed at the person actually doing the work. Connect an account, describe what should happen when someone comments your keyword, publish. The parts that are genuinely complicated — messaging windows, retries, rate limits, queueing — are handled quietly, because they are our problem, not yours.
If it takes longer than one sitting to get value out of it, we have built it wrong.
What we believe
The rules we hold ourselves to
These are the decisions we keep having to make, written down so they stay consistent.
Built for one person, not a department
Most automation tools are sold to agencies and priced for teams. Pertance assumes you are the marketer, the support desk and the founder — so anything that needs a specialist to operate does not belong in it.
Automation should sound like you
The goal is never to fool anyone. It is to answer the question they actually asked, immediately, in your own words — and to hand over to you the moment it matters.
Play by the platforms’ rules
No passwords, no browser automation, no unsolicited messages. Every send is checked against the platform’s own limits before it leaves. An audience is not worth risking for a shortcut.
Pricing you can predict
Flat monthly plans with the limits written down. No per-contact billing that quietly triples when a post does well, and no annual contract to escape from.
Safety
How we handle your accounts and data
Automation touches the accounts your livelihood depends on. Here is exactly what that means in practice.
Official APIs only
Connections use the platforms’ own authorisation flows. No passwords, no session cookies, no browser automation that gets accounts flagged.
Encrypted credentials
Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never shown in the app, returned by the API, or written to logs.
Platform rules respected
The 24-hour messaging window, per-channel message limits and button rules are enforced before a message is ever queued.
Your data stays yours
Export your contacts whenever you want. Delete your workspace and everything in it goes with it.
Where we are today
Early, and honest about it
Pertance is a young product. You will not find invented testimonials or borrowed logos on this site, because we would rather earn them. What you will find is a tool that does what this page says it does — and a direct line to the people building it.
